Role overview
An ambitious, privately owned surveying practice specialising in residential surveys, from valuations to Level 3 reports, is adding surveyors across the North West and Yorkshire. Working 100% from home, you'll cover mainly Liverpool, with some surrounding villages and towns. A dedicated support team handles the work before and after each inspection, so you can focus on what you do best: getting into properties and completing inspections.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a weekly variety of residential inspections, mainly for buying, selling and remortgage purposes
- Produce reports from valuations through to Level 3 surveys
- Cover mainly Liverpool, with some surrounding villages and towns
- Shape your own workload: how many inspections you complete is largely down to you, how you like to work and the share of fees you want to earn
- Work alongside a support team that assists you before and after each inspection
What we’re looking for
- RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
- At least 1 year's post-RICS qualification experience, or a recent SAVA graduate
- Currently VRS registered, or meeting the VRS criteria as a sponsored member
- Technical expertise in residential surveying
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced using iPads and apps
- Able to work to tight deadlines, with good attention to detail
The package
- £50,000 – £70,000 basic salary (£60,000 – £90,000 OTE)
- £4,800 annual car allowance
