Role overview
A leading property investment company has opened a second office in London, following more than six years of success from its Leeds HQ. An experienced Head of Sales leads the London team alongside four Property Investment Consultants, and they need one more person to join them. Top performers are very highly rewarded through a generous, uncapped commission scheme.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a steady flow of hot inbound leads, generated daily through the firm's marketing
- Hit KPIs for outbound calls to a database of warm leads
- Consult professionally with clients on their property investment requirements
- Use the product knowledge you're taught to pitch the best investment property for each client
- Handle objections with confidence, create urgency without being pushy and close sales over the phone
- Build trust with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls, with some face-to-face meetings
What we’re looking for
- Current or previous experience in phone-based sales
- A proven track record in consultative product sales
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport over the phone
- The ability to write professional emails
Desirable
- Current or previous experience in off-plan property investment sales
About you
- Professional and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
The package
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience and track record)
- Uncapped commission, circa £100,000 OTE in year one
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:30, Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- 28 days' holiday plus 3 bonus days at Christmas
- Your birthday off, plus additional holiday for each year of service
