Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and look after your personal data.
Who we are
Invenio Partners (“we”, “us”) is a specialist property recruitment business. We are the controller of the personal data you share with us through this website. [Legal entity name, company number, registered address and ICO registration number to be confirmed.]
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Career information you choose to share: your CV, current role and sector, and any message.
- For employers: your company name, hiring needs and the details of the roles you’re recruiting for.
- Basic technical data needed to run the website securely, such as server logs.
How we use it
- To talk to you about roles, your career and the opportunities that might suit you.
- To introduce you to prospective employers, only with your agreement for each introduction.
- To respond to hiring enquiries and provide our recruitment services to clients.
- To keep records of our conversations so we can support you properly over time.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent when you submit a form on this site, and on our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services. Where we introduce you to an employer, we do so to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never send your CV to an employer without your say-so. We use trusted service providers to host this website and handle email, who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they are useful for helping you find a role or fill a vacancy, and review them regularly. [Retention period to be confirmed.] You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, contact us at enquiries@invenio.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
