Invenio Partners was built on a simple belief: property recruitment should be led by people who genuinely understand property.

Our story

Invenio Partners is a specialist property recruitment firm, run by people who have worked in the property sector as well as recruited in it.

That experience matters. We understand the industry because we’ve worked in it. We know the roles, the businesses and the people behind them. Our recruitment knowledge comes from genuine experience, not from simply adding property to a list of sectors.

Too often, recruitment feels removed from the reality of the roles and businesses involved. We do it from the inside, and we know what it takes to find the right people for the right businesses.

Matt Iles has worked in property for almost 20 years, including more than a decade specialising in property recruitment. His career started within the property industry itself, giving him first-hand experience of many of the roles and environments he now recruits for.

That experience is central to the way Matt works. He understands the difference between simply knowing a job title and understanding what the job actually involves, the skills it requires and the type of person who will succeed in it.
